The Lincoln Parish Sheriff's Department has initiated a program designed to assist in helping care for senior citizens in Lincoln Parish. The program allows a person to sign up to recieve an automated phone call once a day at a time of their choosing between 6:00am and 12:00 noon. If no one answers the phone, a deputy will be dispatched to check on the safety of the senior citizen.
